The India Electronics and Semiconductor Association appointed Navin Bishnoi as Chairperson for FY2026-27, putting a Marvell Technology executive at the helm as India moves from semiconductor ambition to execution.
Bishnoi is AVP and India Country Manager at Marvell. He’s spent 25 years across semiconductor design, EDA, and infrastructure silicon at IBM, Freescale, Cadence, and Texas Instruments. His expertise runs from AI/ML to cloud, networking, and automotive.
The announcement came at IESA’s annual meet in Bengaluru with 200+ industry leaders attending. Bishnoi’s priority: enable time-bound outcomes across design, manufacturing, OSAT, and supply chain. He’s focused on translating policy momentum into measurable industry results—capacity, capability, competitiveness.
